Data Protection & Privacy Commitments
1. Zero Database Credential Storage
Broadmail values your privacy. Your 16-character Google App Passwords and uploaded CSV contact lists are processed ephemerally in memory during active dispatch requests and are never stored on external databases or third-party servers.
2. Google OAuth Authentication
We use official NextAuth Google OAuth authentication to verify your identity. We only access basic account profile information (such as your email address and display name).
3. Use of Subscriber Email Lists
The recipient email addresses parsed from your uploaded CSV files are strictly used to execute your requested email dispatch job. We do not sell, rent, or retain your recipient lists.
