Broadmail Service Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Broadmail, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Permitted Use & Email Standards
Broadmail allows users to send emails via official Google Gmail SMTP servers. You agree not to use Broadmail for unsolicited bulk messaging (SPAM), phishing, illegal activities, or transmitting harmful content.
3. Account Credentials & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google App Password and account credentials. Broadmail does not store your Google App Passwords on persistent databases.
4. Limitation of Liability
Broadmail is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the developer or CODEGUYAKASH be liable for any email delivery failures, account suspensions by Google, or loss of data resulting from the use of this service.
